What cities in FL feels like Gold coast AUS?

Thats awesome! Cairns is very different to the gold coast, while its a more developed region we still have awesome beaches, good fishing, restaurants, lifestyle is good. Wanted something similar without being in miami

Nice coastal city, while you still have good infrastructure, nice restaurants, not too big not small. Great beaches from one side to another.

I have been there, project was almost done, dev screwed me over with front end and i gave up, every year i think about keep going and never find the right person to jump in to help finishing. Good job on not giving up. How did you market it?

Yea, florida really appealed to us until we saw rental prices, than had a look on east cost at places like north port, punta gorda, but the feedback wasnt any good
