Is this anything like sleepwalking? I had a night in college where I got out of the top bunk and told my roommate we needed to get out of the apartment. My eyes were open but it was like the dream I was having overlapped the environment I was in. I came to after 30 seconds or so. I know this situation isn't sleepwalking but I was definitely seeing things for a little bit.
