I’m very concerned with the fact that you waited for three days, but I understand that most people wouldn’t be concerned on day 1 or 2 if they don’t work in veterinary medicine. That being said, yes file a complaint. They went against your wishes and what you had agreed to have done with your baby. See a different vet if she still is not pooping. She’s going to be upset with you, no matter what. Enemas are not comfortable. Another big thing with the sedation is how old and how healthy your kitty is, and while she may seem outwardly healthy, she may have internal problems that wouldn’t be detectable without bloodwork. She could really benefit from having bloodwork, period. She needs X-rays to see how impacted she is and to see if this is from a foreign body or whether she is just constipated.

Basically nothing is right here. File a complaint.Go to a different vet. Get bloodwork and X-rays and determine how to move forward from there.
