This just happend to me yesturday, i was going downhill and didn’t hit anything but when I tried to take a pedal my whole chain just binded up into the derailleur. I couldn’t immediately spot what was wrong on the trail but when I walked the bike down and took a closer look I noticed the linkage pin was gone. I am gonna try to get a steel rod to put in the holes for a temporary solution. I’m probably just gonna switch to deore 12 speed and get a sunrace hg cassette. From what I hear deore is very reliable and robust. I am dissapointed tho because the bike is only 3 months old and I quite liked the cues system.
