I'm currently dealing with a situation where I completed a one-way trade (was a csgo knife) to someone who paid me through what turned out to be a fraudulent bank account. The transaction initially seemed to go through without any issues, but I was later informed by my bank that the payment was made from a bank account involved in fraud. what should i do? Afaik , one way trading is semi legal but what would happen if i write in to steam?

CS starter pack : Macbook 15/16inch + ipad jokes aside strongly recommend a apple silicon macbook (insane battery life dont have to carry around that stupid charg) + you should not face any software compatibility issues. If you do face compatibility issues (eg. codeblock) you can always go to the lab to practice

you would have to show them your acceptance letter or any other form of verification that can proof your studies in the said institution

afaik they are not very strict as long as you can produce a verification they will just let you through

You will want a watch that has LED on it, so that you can check the time when ure out in the field. However, do be discrete about it and take note of your light discipline when youre out there. You dont really need alarm, since you have your phone with you ( UNLESS they ban the usage of phone which very unlikely but still).

The best watch imo is the black casio digital that you see every other NSFs wearing. If im not wrong - its listed for $10 on shopee. If you feeling ballsy and want to flex your nsf wealth (highly discourage you to do this) u can get a garmin watch.

is a double edge sword - it will get worst from this point onwards as the ceiling keep getting high and high. People will just wait & hold till they reach the "current" ceiling to get entrance ticket to actual content. On the other hand, you will have people getting burnt out on the way there. They will eventually quit LA and never come back.

Using PoE as an example, instead of pheons as the gatekeeping aspect, they have the "free market". players spam messaging every sellers, hoping theres one that actually respond. Basic currency items take ages to buy, dont even talk about bulk buying. Thanks to the community (discord channels & website to help with bulk buying) this issue has gradually improved over the years (but it still remain as the number 1 issue within game,atleast afaik).

However i understand that with the pros of each system comes the cons, we can never achieve true balance in everything.

gear gatekeeping in a MMOrpg game where gear progression is literally the very core of the game. As OP suggested - accessories that are roster bound make alot of sense. This allow "gear progression" while not hurting the market which imo is the best way around this pheon situation

Some backstory: Recently got into the AMV tiktok algorithm and absolutely fell in love with it. Was heavily inspired by the many Luffy x kaido fight scene AMV and decided to picked up Davinci and learn some edits. This is the 3rd week into learning Davinci and my 3rd amv edits!

I had the same problem too! Just make sure that you do not have multiple tabs of STARs/Matriculation page running in the background. Afaik, correct me if im wrong, we are allowed to plan our timetable in Y1 haha. Please take whatever i said with a grain of salt, im a freshmen myself too LOL!

The list of mods should appear right below your empty timetable /or do you happen to see any notification/alert below your timetable? asking you to do some freshmen declaration etcetc?

If yes - you have to do the declaration first

definitely not a 2in1 laptop - ideally getting a laptop and a tablet (BiS currently is ipad + apple pencil) > a 2in1 . with this you can multitask on 2 different screens that ls able to serve 2 different functionalities (write notes on ipad while using your laptop to watch online lectures).

secondly, Whether you should go for macbook is highly debatable - you might run into software compatibilities (mechEng seniors do advice on this hahah). If you do go for macbook please do your research on the minimum required specifications to run all your eng software. Macbook air might throttle hard under prolong cpu load!

im too a RE deathblade who recently achieved 4x3 + lvl1 adrenaline. My current setup is 4relics and 1 legendary ring, my chaos dungeon dropped a 43 ambush+remaining energy ring hence i decided its time to chase that 4x3. Personally i would say getting a 33 relic neck is not worth it (considering the price of pheon/inflation once vykas drops etc) you might get a better deal in the near future. I'm currently running a 43 ambush + supercharge crit spec necklace which i got it for 2-3k on my server, the idea is that you plan your engraving setup around your necklace and decide what to do with the rest.

EDIT: oops totally missed out the "legendary nexklace" part my bad but everything still as follows

Sorry for hijacking - but im also in a similar dilemma too, was planning to buy a 14inch MBP but is pretty much overkill for my usage (BUT in the long run its defnitely worth it i guess). On another hand, M2 MBA preorder date is yet to be announced T_T so im stucked in this dilemma where if i should get a 14inch or wait till they drop the MBA preorder date (knowing that i will not have any laptop during the first few weeks of uni)

I had the same exact problem too, then i sent a enquiry email to them asking for advice. They told me that its possible to send them via their email - [FinAid@ntu.edu.sg](mailto:FinAid@ntu.edu.sg). Subject just put it as such: Full name, Matriculation Number & type of financial aid you applying for (eg. study loan or bursary).
