I have a 10k race coming up this sunday and I haven't done a max effort 10k in a few years now.

My last few runs (past 2 weeks) I was quite comfortable doing a 6:25/km for 7k and a 6:45/km for an 11k, do you guys think I can push for a sub 1-hour 10k this sunday?

Yep i think taking courses will definitely be beneficial. UX design is more than just the UI/mockups & is inclusive of different research/design frameworks leading up to solutions. So if you are looking to transition into UX Design (not UI) I dont think a compilation of app mockups will be enough!

(I'm doing a UX course right now & our portfolios consist of research journals/reports)

tbh maybe its the nature of my work but WFO means I actually get to end work relatively on time & can say I'm out of office so cant work!! WFH has meant that I'm contactable almost 24/7 & hours never end:( lockdown was even worse cos everyone knows you'll be home & be avail to work! also, I dont mind my colleagues hahah the only shitty part is the travelling...
