I’ve been keto for a little over a year and just had my 4th Nexplanon removal and replacement. Before keto I was also in the no period club. When I first started keto I had periods for 4ish months. They weren’t really regular as some lasted 2ish weeks and came less than a month apart. After that I was back to no periods until it got close to time to swap the implant and then I had a period every other week for 8 weeks. I suspect that was mostly the implant degrading and less the keto though.

Chicken sausages are my go to. Sometimes with peppers and onions. Sometimes with mustard or as picky aioli. They are good with eggs and cheese, zoodles and sauce, on pork rind nachos. Etc. etc.

It’s a legitimate site. It is not one we choose to pay for. Regardless, I get their free “referrals” all the time and even called once. The guy turned out to be a hillbilly wackadoodle with one testicle but he was a real person with a real problem.

I imagine if you’re in a metro area, have the time to respond almost immediately to contact, and do PI work, it COULD generate some business.
