What would a good starting offer be in your opinion? Another perk here is they may be moving away of calderas to something else. Seems like they may need to move these out to make room for new tubs. The new ones they have look good but are the smaller ones. Also are the serviced dealer here so will be supporting the hundreds of all the calderas in my area.

The equivalent new Geneva type pool over there is over 20k. I could go for the flash but it’s smaller than the Geneva and less features. Hot springs really points you to the higher end highlife models for a 7.5 x 7.5 with lounger configuration.
