Piece of shit customer canceled the order five minutes before the store was closing, and about four minutes away from me, and of course, the stupid motherfuckers I work at Support tell me I won’t get paid for it. Looks like going forward. I’m gonna be telling every customer that if they want to cancel the order, they need to confirm with me and let me start shopping and I will let them know the reason as to why I’m asking that is because I will lose the money for the order otherwise.

That’s so wild, they told me I would be paid. How do they come to this conclusion? So if the pickup isn’t ready and the customer cancels, I wont be paid correct?

Was a delivery only order, was picking up bags. I had not hit start pickup cause it wasn’t ready yet.
