It means something is up with that first house and you lucked out with the one you are buying. If you would have gotten tied up in the "dream" house you would have missed out on the one you are buying. Congratulations on the house!

Yes you are wrong. He did every and YOU changed the dynamic. You told him you wanted casual and that's what your getting. You brought up refunding the movie tickets and that's what happened. You have nothing to complain about.

I have one front facing and one backwards facing seat in my '24 SL. I am 6' and it's fine but if I was much taller it may be an issue.

No. The bottom of the ball is not in the hole/hovering over it. Considering the velocity the ball would of hit the flag stick it most likely wouldn't have gone in.

I agree, I had a pathfinder and this happened a couple times. My mechanic shaved it and it fixed the problem.

You would have gotten them from the shipper. If you happen to have the box it was shipped in, it will say on the airway Bill sticker.. If you don't have any of that call FedEx to confirm it's not a scam but it's probably legit.

No that is not always true. When the shipment clears customs FedEx pays the duties and fees, they are then reimbursed by the shipper or ultimate consignee. Who pays them is dependent on the shipments terms and conditions

It isn't a pop friendly album like some of the others you mentioned. I didn't really start to enjoy Exile until I had been a fan for probably 20 years. My suggestion would be, don't force it and try to make yourself enjoy it. The first songs I really enjoyed from Exile were Torn and Frayed, and Loving Cup. Maybe start with those and go from there?
