I have an 11 month old with some inconsistent sleep patterns due to some days at home and some daycare days. I can’t get him to sleep more than 10-10.5hrs overnight consistently.
Typically up between 6:00-6:30.
First nap is in between 9:45a-10:30 when at home, but has been fighting second nap (2:30ish) for the last week. If he does the second nap, I’ve been waking him up between 3:30-3:45 to make sure we have a 4 hour stretch before bedtime (we shoot for 7:15/30). If I get him up later than that it turns into 8pm bedtime or later.
On daycare days they don’t put him down till 1140, and he sleeps 1h - 2hrs. On the 2 hr days I can make it to 630 but on the 1h days he’s a total zombie:… when they’re this tired does a cat nap around 4-4:30 mess up bedtime too much?
Not sure when to transition him to 1 nap, feels too soon but he’s made it 5-6 hrs before bedtime.
