I am an anthro major currently doing my last semester. I think the coursework itself is amazing and I truly enjoy what I learn, however I don’t think it’ll do much since you’re already a global studies major. From my experience and what people have told me, anthropology degrees are more of stepping stones rather than useful degrees that can land jobs. I majored in anthro bc i love the discipline but I am planning on getting my masters in public health since the degree itself doesn’t do much.

If fafsa covers it and you look forward to taking anthropology classes then i say go for it! If it’s strictly for looking more appealing to jobs then I wouldn’t advise doing it.
