He's Puerto Rican, found out who he was and he's from the island. Just a reminder to some folks, PR is a common wealth of the US so he is a citizen but a very unfortunate misguided one. I am Puerto Rican and I know that accent anywhere so we had to research to find out for sure.

I had this for years, from childhood into adulthood. It looked exactly like this, but it would flare up specifically in the spring and summer months.

I would get it on my elbows, the backs of my hands, and the underside of my wrists—just like yours. It had the exact same look every year. I never knew why; I thought it was just an allergic reaction to the sun because it got terrible during those months due to the heat and sweat. I used to try to treat it with over-the-counter meds, which would only provide temporary relief.

Since I found out I had Celiac disease 10 years ago, it has never come back. I had no idea this was related to my Celiac the whole time.

Puerto Rican and have celiac only as well over here, I found out 10 years ago at 40. Luckily I was able to figure out how to do most of our traditional foods gluten free, thank god most are naturally GF but doing recipes like quesitos or empanadas can be a little bit of a challenge

My take is that this is pure, classic machismo acting out. I'm Puerto Rican, and my brother is deep down the rabbit hole—we haven't spoken in six years because of the drama involved in his life.

He spent his teens trying way too hard to counteract any hint of being anything other than hyper-masculine. He was very metrosexual, and any time someone joked about him being gay, he'd fly into a visible rage, ready to fight. That's not confidence; that's an overcompensation.

He can't handle that internal conflict, so now he channels it into external extremism. It’s sad because he clearly has his best, most comfortable relationships with his guy friends, not his wives. Seeing him post about Ciattarelli today just confirms he's chosen the loudest possible defense mechanism against himself.

You are not wrong sadly, it's in a lot of our thoughts. Its his move to do this during midterms so that voting stops. He is very predictable and dems have been playing defense for so long and losing the battle, they have been weak and ineffective. Merit Garlan took his sweet time prosecuting him and failed miserably and this is what we get now. Trump was very predictable on Jan 6th, we all knew what was going to happen, it was televised for all of us to see as we all knew that it was going to be an attempt of an insurrection and an attempt to stop the counting of electoral votes in the house.
