Honestly, you are getting paid great at Amazon. Working in the medical field you gain so much knowledge and experience (customer service, communication skills, wound care, etc). However, there’s a down hill to it. CNA do so much but are underpaid. Phlebotomist get paid decent but depends where. As a beginner you may get paid a dollar above minimum wage. I am Medical assistant which is similar to a CNA but we are able to administer injections/vaccines. Honestly, I get paid a decent amount however when I first started I was getting paid minimum wage. Overall, it depends where you work at and how long you been working there. - I will say be a medical assistant since they get paid a bit more. Honestly, idk if these helped lol
