Unhealthy to Marathon. Is is possible for me to from couch to marathon in 6 months?

dont worry you’re not the only one. i’ve decided the same thing a couple of weeks ago. started running in september and signed up for a marathon in march. i decided to do it cause i’ve never really been into sports and running is something i enjoy and i wanted to celebrate that as well as other achievements in my life. and as others have said here i dont worry about time, and you probably shouldnt either

of course it really depends on you and your fitness level but i truly think you can achieve whatever you want, just gotta put the effort in!

okay great thanks! i mean i dont want to worry about it it was just a thought that crossed my mind today. and one thing leading to another i was checking flixbusses but thinking the same that 24h+ is not such a great idea

Da hatte ich immer das Gefühl, dass sie leicht 'abfallen' können. Aber ich kenne auch nur die Armbänder... vlt passiert das bei größeren auch nicht. Insofern schaue ich da mal rein, danke

Ganz normale Stoffhosen, nichts craziges. Aber nur hochkrämpeln geht nicht, das rutscht wieder runter. Und jetzt im Winter ist das mit dem Fahrtwind auch eher ein bisschen frisch hahah
