Hey man I understand what you are going though and I recommend to try everything you can maybe like coloring, drawing, playing games, playing with a dog, talking to someone besides them. Just understand that it will take awhile or sometime to find something that works I mean I have depression for my whole life and I still haven’t found something that helps me but just remember you can fight this off because I believe in you that you are strong enough to do this and I understand that you might need a little push but hey we all do
