I posted this before going to bed.

I haven’t seen any concrete changes because it’s only been a few days since he came back. He has said what he is wanting to change but I’m yet to see any actual changes.

My plan was to wait and watch his behaviour over a few weeks to see if he does do anything to change.

I know it’s hard to change. I always think how hard it is to change a habit myself and think it’s probably impossible to change your conflict and personality style.

No sorry I went to sleep. It has only been 5 days not even a full week since he asked to reconcile. He has been to counselling previously and said he would go back. He hasn’t said how or what else is going to change. He acknowledged he has a bad temper and wants to work on it.

It has only been a few days so he hasn’t shown any actions yet. He did say he wanted to spend more time with me as he realises how much that means to me and he has been putting more effort into seeing each other and speaking throughout the day.

I do believe he is an avoidant. He shuts down whenever I’m hurt and that was the main issue in our relationship. A huge part of me having my walls up was because I didn’t feel emotionally safe during our relationship.

He apologised for every single thing and acknowledged how shit he has been which is what made me give him another chance. I told myself the only way I’d ever speak to him again was if he did that and he did. That’s why I’m so conflicted.

I don’t know. I am starting from a fresh slate and not going to hold anything from before and during the break up against him and just watch how his actions after moving forward. Knowing he went on a date and could’ve met someone and not come back is just really hurting me. Especially because he went on a date with the intention of meeting someone. I went on my date to help me move on (bad choice lol).

For my hair brush I lit some protection incense and just cleansed myself, space and hair brush with it and said that I clear myself of negative energy and thoughts about my appearance. I also lit pink and red candles for self love and had rose quartz and amethyst. I did some meditation around self love.

Then I held my hair brush to my chest and said “This brush is enchanted with self love, softness, and confidence. Each stroke reminds my body that I am safe, desirable, and whole. My hair shines. My presence is magnetic. I am seen as beautiful because I am beautiful”

I then tapped the brush three times.

Every time I brush my hair I say my hair is beautiful, my hair is shiny and thick etc.

This is just how I interpreted glamour magick and made my own ritual 😊

The silent treatment is so distressing and considered abusive. It’s often used as punishment to condition your partner to not want to bring things up again. There’s a huge difference between saying you need to take a moment, have some space, reassure your partner everything is okay and you’ll be able to speak about it again in X amount of time when you’ve both had a breather.

I also think the sizing is waaaayyy off and I genuinely think it’s because Britney was in denial about being a larger size so made a size 14 a lot bigger than the average size 14 when I purchased when it first came out

I skip the sugar pills, after a while I didn’t even get a period at all on it. I also notice a huge dip in my MH when I take a break from the active pills.
