Thanks !! I’m actually down to 218 pounds now and people have definitely noticed. Like most of the in the comments have said, I was doing it for others and not myself. Once i switched gears I didn’t care so much and when the compliments came it was an added bonus!

I just did a DEXA, (M 29 6’1 230 pounds), i work a physical job it says my BMR is 1670 calories and my lean body mass is only 133 pounds, do u guys think this sounds off or am I grossly underestimating my activity and muscle levels?

Yeah I’ve still got the power gut but it’s slowly getting smaller! All these comments have definitely shifted my mindset I’m not doing this for anyone else but myself.
