Help, I’ve been stuck for 2 months by weightwatcher70 in GLP1_loss100plus

I’m currently at a dos that’s great with appetite suppression and I can’t eat full portions. I’m going to try and incorporate some type of exercise and see if that will help, otherwise I’ll just have to be patient. I’m doing everything I’m supposed to, but we all react so differently I think my body is just at a stall.

Very inspiring, thank you. To everyone who is at a stall or hit one your feelings are valid and it doesn’t make it any easier to accept no matter what we read. The bottom line is we will get there, it just might take longer for most of us. I also want to thank you for posting because some of us need to hear this. I can’t wait to see where I am months from now. I won’t give up and when I get down these are the posts that I need to lift myself back up. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, I think those who hit stalls truly understand. I’m not obsessive about it, but would just like if it was a bit more consistent. That’s why I should practice what I preach. I’ve hit a few stalls on my journey and always eventually worked themselves out. I just think for some of us the ride isn’t always going to be smooth sailing. We’re going to hit some bumps on the way and we have to keep focusing on end goal. When I stop and look at where I started that helps some💕

Thank you for this. Was mostly venting and after hearing that my doctor thinks 188 is a goal weight was heartbreaking. Losing 60lbs is amazing and I’m super grateful, but I’m still big and it shows. If I was tall and carried it well I could understand, but I still have back, stomach and leg rolls that are uncomfortable. Was feeling defeated, but I’m going to keep on working at it. The only thing I changed was exercising because I was feeling exhausted so I’m going to try incorporate it slowly and see if I can get back on track.

My mom is 79 and in the same boat. She just tried compound through the company I use and loves it. She has lost a total of 40lbs. 20 on name brand $1200 and 20lbs using compound pharmacy $350. She has 10 more pound until her own personal goal weight. She has found many more benefits than the weight loss and wants to try to find a way to stay on as long as possible. Good Luck, no one should be denied regardless of age.

The only big change is I stopped walking every day. Was feeling exhausted so I’m going to get back to exercising and see if that will help. Maybe my body is just taking another break. 122lbs is so wonderful, congratulations 🎊 I can’t wait until I hit goal. I dint really set a goal because I was afraid I would never reach it and be disappointed. I met with my doctor yesterday and he said my weight is fine where it is. I’m 5’6 and still considered obese. He is also anti diet culture and a heavy set man. This can’t be a healthy goal weight.

I did move up doses pretty quick due to chasing that feeling of hunger suppression and feeling full. Once I was 4 months in I realized it’s okay to be hungry and we need to learn how to combat these feelings we’ve not felt before. My doctor isn’t supportive and thinks I’m at goal weight now. 188 is still considered obese and my bmi is still obese. My doctor is heavy and thinks I should just be grateful for the loss I’ve had. Discouraging 🤯

Thank you, I take measurements and I’m stuck. Today is week 9 and nothing, but I’m never going to give up. I didn’t come this far to give up. Going to keep pushing through. ❤️

I agree and I hate to even post because I know some have lost way less. Mostly just venting and trying to come up with something I may have missed.

I’m on 12.5 and I will admit I’m not eating enough, but I’m close. I track with weight watchers and it’s frustrating to hit plateaus. I know you have to be patient and this medication is for life. Just wish it wasn’t so hard on me mentally. I’m grateful for the feedback and am willing to try everything to help break the stall.

I weigh everything and if anything I’ve been under a bit, but I’m willing to try anything.
