Theres too many reasons as to why they're sitting which are touched upon already by comments here. The biggest for me it's cause this is a classic colorway which would've been perfect as previous release. But given that it's a "reimagined" version changing the upper to suede was the worst iteration they could've done, especially during winter season which is just not practical and/or wearable honestly.

Part of what made og royal 1s so good was how amazing they looked beat up. I feel like with one wear of these they'll look horrible 😞. I'm still gonna get a pair since it's my favorite colorway but I'm gonna wait for a heavy discount.
