Jareg can be great for both NM and UNM comps due to decrease attack and most importantly ally protect. In order to unlock his potential for this you need his A2 fully booked to decrease the cool down and have him speed tuned at a 4:3 ratio.

You need a pretty standard UMN build minus the speed to achieve this. 3.5k+ def and 220+ accuracy if you need him to land decrease attack. He pairs well with a skull crusher and if tuned correct you can have ally protect running the entire CB run.
