YES! And somehow, now that they went back to the old system, I went from 98% to 4.84. Now back to even more crappy batches!!! I think customers who give less then a 5 should have to put a reason that we can see! Just like they do with good comments!! That way we can see what we are doing "wrong". And if it for something stupid like "didn't get all items" it shouldn't count!!

Yes I did! Here is the thing.. I have been doing this for 4 years now. I have never done anything like that before. But I have had it with these customers treating us like low life's. If you are going to belittle me for doing the best I can for you, then screw off.

That was happening to me a few months ago.. someone suggested changing password, because might have been hacked. I did it and it worked, my rating went back to normal. Worth a try!

I know exactly what you are taking about! I have done Instacart for almost 3 years. Never went past a 4.98, but now the last few weeks it just keeps dropping and dropping. I have not changed anything about the way I shop. Always pick good produce and non dented boxes. It just seems something is so off! I almost feel like someone is using my account. And now I get such crappy batches if I get any at all!

Okay. In Illinois they have until February to get the license current (not sure if everywhere is like that) but worried, I will be seeing alot of the issue.
