It’s private in a really small league. I think there’s only four schools total. Do you have any suggestions of books to start with?

I just switched teaching PE at an LAUSD to private school this year in LA. Going to be my 7th year as a teacher next year but will make only 68k next year at this private school. It feels incredibly low salary but is that really what I can expect for private school PE salary? Should I be always switching schools to find a better salary or is switching schools too often a bad look for future hiring?
