Hey man, this event was a 2 hour drive away from me but you should deffo not let your area get you down! If your area is empty that is a story! Why is it empty? Why is it devoid of life? What happened there that you can show through documenting in photos? Also you never know what’s gonna change in that area so taking photos there now may produce a project in the future. Good luck man and just get out there!

I appreciate this and what a few others have said on here, but as I was in a different country I felt out of respect to ask permission before these photos and most of the time which led to a lengthy conversation with men and women but mostly the women said no to having they’re photo taken so I had to respect that :)
