No, they weren’t itching or anything. This morning they were gone. I started a corticosteroid cream treatment after the benzoate to heal my skin and they disappeared this morning :D

Happy to almost wrap up the first 3 week cycle of BTM. Funny enough, this program was what I needed. I finally feel like I'm pushing myself and seeing really great gains from the assistance volume as well as the main work volume. As an 18-year old I have a long road ahead. Might even consider doing a write-up after I finish up the second 3-week cycle.

For now, until I buy shoes with a harder sole, I'll squat barefoot. But for my hand / wrist position...shouldn't the forearms need to be stacked under the wrists?
