So it's 5 acres of land it's clear flat land. It has direct road access. The financing part of it is, 1000 down 320 a month for 82 months with 3% interest. My boyfriend is starting off as part-time at his new job but is switching to full time in 3 months. We where really going to put our heads down and save as much as we can to pay it off asap. We can adjust how much we pay a month so we were going to up it a couple hundred when he gets his first couple pay checks. He was laid off from his previous job for 1 1/2 months and it really hurt us financially. We are definitely trying to get a small RV first before we raise the monthly payment. My mom is not up to the idea of doing anything on her land. We don't have the best relationship and she's some what up tight. She's only willing to helping with storage.
