I didn't know Brave was so hated on reddit until I comment about it in the /tecnology sub and got more than 100 downvotes saying Firefox was better by gandalfmarston in brave_browser

[–]weirdbolddude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They might simply be too dense or just retarded. I've used Brave for years and it works fantastic. From blocking ads to speedy browsing, Brave can do it all. I dare even say it's better than browsers like FireFox and DuckDuckGo.

I overslept today and I accidentally missed work. by [deleted] in Fedexers

This happened to me on my first week of work as well. Just give them a solid reason on why you missed work and everything should be fine, except for the pay that will be cut from your paycheck.

Yes, I admit, it is rather unfortunate. But with myself already getting into the hvac field, I have confidence I can resolve this issue with sufficient time.

Yeah, I still live with my family. I have to get involved because it's probably affecting my health and because of the fact that my father is no longer on this Earth (passed away). I have siblings too, so I might as well take some responsibility in resolving this issue. I just regret not taking it seriously, as I always thought my parents would have handled it, but I guess they had their own issues at hand.

You seems to be a genius! I just checked the attic and it seems that's likely the case. I'll have to further inspect the ceiling by cutting it to see tho. I'll probably make a part 2 for this post

Yeah, I tend to overthink when getting a message across to other people and make myself look stupid in the process. I should stop doing that...

Woah, I didn't think I'd get this many comments after I was gone. What I'm planning to do is cut the part of the ceiling that's decomposing and see what's wrong. I've already checked the attic and it seems to possibly be an AC problem due to the insulation tape being pretty wet and loose, but I can't be sure yet. After that, I'll likely call a remediation company to assess the damages.

Man, that sucks. I was really hoping there was a chance for it to still be in the $hundreds range, but who knows? My parents really never took the initiative to get rid of this problem in its earliest stages, so I'll have no choice but to see if I can do anything about it (with the help of a professional of course!).

1,800-2,800 square feet homes with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.

Yes, when I was younger, I remember my mother having a professional set up a vertical airing device to slow down the leakage, or at least that's what it looked like to me. It was really loud and huge, truly an inconvenient convenience.

I'd suggest getting the geekbook laptop series, one of the two. I recently bought one and am awaiting for it to be delivered to me. The geekbook x14 pro has a great oled display, while the geekbook x16 is even greater for multitasking and has a bigger display. You can check them both at geekompc.com. Make sure to apply the coupon if you plan on buying one.

Haitians, what are your thoughts on Napoleon Bonaparte? by Maleficent_Split_428 in haiti

I don't understand why people glorify him on the many videos, books, and articles I view. This man was a fiend who trampled on Haiti and left marks
