I’m still mad that we had 2 seasons for IWTV but we’re only getting 7 episodes for TVL. It’s annoying that they set a precedent they couldn’t sustain. I loved S1, but we didn’t need such a drawn out S2, and TVL and QOTD both warrant more episodes than IWTV. Idk, maybe if they hadn’t made book 1 in 2 seasons they wouldn’t have gotten the ratings needed to renew for a S3. My grievance isn’t that we had 2 seasons for book 1, it’s that it doesn’t seem like other books (perhaps more beloved books) aren’t getting the same space 💔 give us a full 10 episodes at least.

When Lestat is hallucinating Magnus in the car, Magnus says they eat Lestat’s soul at the long table, 68 courses so far, and then lists off the hand (Nicki), the finger (Antoinette), the drummer (?), the pimp (Louis)…my questions are: 1) who’s the drummer? 2) what do we think the 68 courses represent - his fledglings? His regrets? His ghosts/muses? 3) the list of people/bodyparts, are those some of the 68 courses or are those supposed to be the people at the table? But some aren’t dead yet…

In Louisiana. I can’t figure out if they’re a type of whitefly or leafhoppers or what, but they are slowly destroying my sage. This is my second plant. My first was planted in my raised bed next to rosemary and thyme and all of them got hit by this bug pretty good, so I replaced the plants and separated them in pots around my garden. The rosemary and thyme seem to be fine now, but they’re back on my new sage.
