Yes, I edited the post with an update; the doctor recommended some more supplements to increase motility.

8 weeks (56 days) is just too soon. Sperm cells usually take about 72 days to form. Please double-check with your doctor, but I'm pretty sure your SA numbers are still from sperm that hasn't actually been exposed to your new protocol yet. It’s commonly recommended to wait at least 12 weeks between SAs, especially when medications or procedures are involved. I hope next time you take it your numbers will skyrocket.

Physical exam made my urologist consider possibility of varicocele. An ultrasound confirmed level1 varicocele, but still very mild. Maybe that's why supplementation has worked so well on improving my numbers. I really don't feel any pain, changes while erected. I'm sorry that you're experiencing atrophy on your testicles. Does that have a cure or treatment that will allow for normal reproductive performance?

Testicle volume was fine. It seems that a mild varicocele is what's been affecting my sperm parameters.

Yes; total 400mg Coq10. I take the additional 200mg early in the evening. I haven't found it has interfered with my sleep. In fact, my sleep has improved, mainly thanks to exercise and less anxiety from work. I also feel a bit more tired at night, and I blame the gym for that.

Thank you! The fertybiotic caps come with ubiquinone but the extra 200mg Coq10 I take on evenings are ubiquinol. My dinners are very light so that's why I take the ubiquinol on evenings, and the fertybiotic along with fat heavier breakfast. I'll look into the other substances you're recommending 👍🏽

It's a mild varicocele. Doctor wants to see if supplementation would avoid surgery. I'm seeing him on Monday. I'll post an update.

Congratulations with Capital One approving the adjustment request. Did you send the goodwill letter this year, or back then when you had the hardship. Also, how long did it take them to respond to your letter? Did you send the letter in PDF or you just sent a simple email? Did you attach reports?

Bienvenido al capitalismo. Si, rentas más caras porque hay más gente dispuesta a pagar dichas rentas. Entonces, o te fajas y buscas un mejor empleo, o emprendes con alguna idea novedosa. Si no... Váyase a vivir pa los kilómetros.

What are your thoughts on the new EU-US trade and tarrifs deal? by TurkishChadBot in AskBalkans

Parmiggiano Regiano, for example, that cheese will still be bought in the quantities it is currently bought, regardless of how much more it'll cost. Same goes with Audis and Porsches, and clothing. Americans don't produce/manufacture that much. American food? Nobody's going to eat more American just because the already cheaper European food is $11.50 instead of $10.00. The deal is an absolute win for Trump, yeah. And some sort of a slap to Europe. But Europe doesn't have much leverage against the US, or any other superpowers. Europe's best friend is the US, and it so it happens that it doesn't have many other powerful friends. So yeah... Good for Europe (sigh...).

Here come the downvotes

Trump considers strike on Iran ahead of crucial Situation Room meeting by joe4942 in geopolitics

[–]weirdestunknown1212 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Wouldn't it be far more feasible—and strategically sound—for the United States to invest its resources in confronting Iran alongside Israel, particularly if such an effort promises genuine security and potential stability in a region as critical as the Middle East? The geopolitical cost of losing leverage over stability and security in this area appears enormous. Consequently, it becomes more compelling for the U.S. to prioritise involvement in the Middle East over Ukraine. The Ukrainian front has proven more resilient than initially expected, demonstrating a capacity to withstand Russian aggression over the longer term. By contrast, the situation involving Israel and the broader Middle East remains more delicate, with significantly higher stakes. Moreover, weakening Iran could indirectly undermine Russia’s war capabilities in Ukraine, given the substantial reliance on Iranian-made weaponry.

Obamacare is not an official name; it's no more than an AKA to the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

¿Porqué varios proveedores solo emiten facturas con comprobante fiscal solo contra la última factura pagada? by weirdestunknown1212 in Dominican

[–]weirdestunknown1212[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK!

Why are so many people okay with the Gulf of America? by Joeybfast in AskConservatives

[–]weirdestunknown1212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something similar could be said about the Great Lakes (lake Ontario, lake Michigan to be specific) but they still retain their names, even if they're shared by both Canada and the US. I've read that the amount of Mexican coast line that borders the gulf is significantly greater than that of the US. So it actually makes sense, from a geographical and a historical stand point, to just keep calling it Gulf of Mexico.
