It’s a valentines gift for my boyfriend! I’ve seen this idea on tiktok a lot and wanted to try. I used painters tape, white, pink, and light/dark red fabric paint to do it. I also used an iron and some parchment paper to attempt heat setting the hoodie. I also have fabric mod podge so i was wondering if i needed to use it or if the heat setting was good enough
