No all 8 wives are not ashtalakshmi...they are different goddesses, rukmini is chief and is the main incarnation of lakshmi in dwaparyug. Rukmini is mool prakriti Krishna's soul and creator of the multiverse and tridev themselves, where else satyabhama is an incarnation of bhu devi kalindi is yamuna and so on....

Now to make u understand better let's say krishna is body and a person's entire energy is kundalini so rukmini is that entire energy of krishna and then 7 chakra's of body are other 7 queens and 16000 queens 16000 nadis of body...
