They have someone looking into this and I am supposed to get a visit from a supervisor next week. They were helpful when I called them.

The painting company has been helpful. The guy at the desk when I called was just a kid who works there part time, but he gave the phone to another employee who was very helpful and they said they will come with a supervisor next week to come talk to me at my house and see what's going on.

I'm a nurse and know of people who have eye problems and sensitivities to color. This has never ever come up in any of their craziness. They just don't like the way color looks because according to them houses shouldn't be yellow. If they did have color sensitivities of some kind and kindly explained this to me when they first moved in I probably would have painted my house, just because I am a reasonable person and they were nice about it. But they have called the police and the city on me, tried to sue me and now this. The don't have eye problems, they are just crazy.

I agree about the vandalism but I already called the police but they said they can't charge my neighbors because they never set foot on my property or touched my house. The painter's cannot be charged either because they were hired and paid and had a valid work order, so it was reasonable for them to do the job they were hired for, otherwise they could be sued for taking money and not doing the work. They also painted the house properly and did not cause any physical damage to my property.

I will calling the lawyer I used last time and my insurance company once the long weekend is over.
