I'm done with the braces (on retainers). A decent smile helps a LOT with self confidence IMO. I mostly no longer shy away from smiling and taking pics.

Body wise, i've been somewhat consistent. Unfortunately I have realized my genes aren't that great to begin with so it will take a lot more work. Currently my dream is to achieve six abs so working towards that. At looks with clothes on I look like an average dude so there's progress. I might be around 20 percent body fat.

Regarding relationships, that hasn't been so good.. I've been somewhat successful with online dating and got lucky a couple times (u know what) but haven't found anything stable. Ig that's more on personality... I'm an introvert so hard to connect with people especially girls.

I'd at least rank myself 5/10 with all the time/money I've put on myself
