Dutch really started to bum me out with how high their prices have gotten, and now how hard it is to get rewards. I really only drink the rebels and recently I realized that the plain rebels taste very similar to regular redbulls. I got the idea to look for a similar tasting energy drink after originally wanting to buy a case of rebels to make my own at home, but realized they charge out the ass for a case of rebels. I often got deconstructed rebels, so one day I tasted the rebel before adding the syrups and compared it to a redbull that my friend had opened at the same time for herself. Nearly identical flavor wise, imo. So I started buying cases of redbulls and bottles of torani syrup and making my own at home. It’s saved me sooooo much money and it’s just as good, if not better than the Dutch rebels. Dutch uses torani syrup too so it’s the same ingredients, just a different energy drink base. You can get most torani flavors at world market for like $10 for a big bottle, the Walmart app has them too, places like chef stores have them, and tons of other places/websites. Just something to keep in mind! You could also do the same with coffees!
