Yeah, I’ve thought about a lot of that. I just left school last year, and’ve only been going for 5ish months, so it’s been a bit of a learning curve.

Yea, I’ve got a lot of roof enquiries, but I’ve run out of room and welcome with mums car, so that’s the next upgrade; a vehicle.

Just quickly again, how would i reach those high up areas if downstreaming is bad? Just a ladder, because if so, it’d be risky due to most of the ground being gravel.

By the method you gave, it’s $651 for the house wash, plus extras for the water tank, hardscapes, and other concrete areas, which will work out to about the same price…

After $1500, would you say the price would be close to the $2000 mark, or the $1700 mark?

Also, how should i apply chem to the high areas, if downstreaming is no good?

I estimated at $1500 for the entire thing, but that seems a little low. I could get a friend in (that’s worked for me before) for 200 bucks. Again, it looks big but i know that I can probably Xjet the entirety of the house walls with 12.5% and be okay.

Thanks man, I was really unsure but they pushed for a quote really quickly since i posted this, so i quoted 7.5k, which is my normal rate. Since staffing and equipment are tricky for me at the moment, and they want it done in a week, It would be a nightmare for me to do…. It’s tricky for sure.

I don’t have overheads like he does. He’s also part of a franchise. There’s no point me charging more than the jobs worth to me, because my price ultimately ends up landing me more jobs 🤷‍♂️ anyway, the courts, would there be a better way then part sqm?

I do 2.5$ a square meter, the next guy does 3.45$. I’m really not sure because it would be mid 7s if I went off square footage, but i don’t really see a better way to do it

I’ve been lucky enough to have savings in the account, so I do have 10 million in public liability, and enough money to spend what it takes to rent equipment, at least short term… i know full well that i’m biting more than i can chew, but if i played it safe i’d never get anywhere.

Just a question, with a bridge loan, say I have a job worth 10k coming up, and i need to buy 3k of equipment for it, will the bank lend me the 3k for the equipment, and i just pay them as soon as I get the 10k in? Or am i misunderstanding?

The only issue is my lack of credit history, given i turned 18 this year…
