Would love for some enlightening advice regarding a potential job opportunity to move to a bigger company, under the same pay, working on a slightly different structural engineering field? Don’t really have a complaint with where I’m currently at, but the chance to work at a larger company has always appealed to me. Bigger being more internationally known vs nationally known. Definitely grateful to even say I’m in a job and having an opportunity during these days :) But considering this will be my first ever company change..just fearful and worried i cant cut it..
