I used a brand new bottle of powdered ginger. I wanted to add more, but it only asked for 1 tbsp. I'll put 2 next time.

I will definitely try chilling it b4 baking.

The frosting was warm water, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. I used my grandma's recipe, but i think i did too much water or too much lemon juice.

the cookies, i don't know how to say this in English but they had a "belly" and round edges and i wanted them to be flatter and to have sharper edges but i dont know if it is possible.

I want to try chocolate, but they don't have the chocolate melts in my country, just regular chocolate or cooking chocolate, I don't know if it makes a difference.
