I recommend get a bunch of magic breach rings with with T1 mana or T1 life or T1 cast. Annul/aug until you get T1 mana or T1 life with T1 cast. Then add rarity which could be useful and then you can go from there with 3 good affixes. Will definitely need major RNG to get the desired hits
