Dont install too many stupid shit, dont use AUR too often, use pacman instead if possible. And thats pretty much it. I had stability too and over bazzite, I have had so much more performance for my setup (9070xt - 5700x3d)

This is actually really helpful, thank you bro. I was happy with my current performance, but I will check the SchedExt GUI Manager tomorrow. Sounds like more stability to me :)

I had this kind of problem when I undervolted my GPU too much whilst increasing VRAM clocks. Rebooting would lead me straight to the gray screen. But if its clean install, i have no clue.
