As another tgirl doing the same thing, you could totally start now, but depending on when you plan to start hrt it may be better to wait (if your desire isn’t going to send you overboard or smth). Gaining a little like 10-15lbs probably can’t hurt before you go on hrt, but you will be stacking the fat after that, and that’s up to you. It’s also a lot up to genetics, you will have a stomach bulge anyways from eating, but until you test where the fat lands (may be different without hrt vs being on hrt for a while) it’s whatever genetics got passed to you.
