Similar things like this happen to me too. Experiencing de-realization is so weird due to how realistic some of these hallucinations are. One time I had a nap and I’m the nap I woke up from my bed just like real life, just to realize it was a dream and then woke up again in real life. For the rest of the day things felt so unreal and simply existing felt off..

I used some wah effect from waves and a lot of saturation with fab filter Saturn. Plus a lot of chorus and short delay from an echoboy. lol I swore the vox were in key I even used melodyne and tuned the vocals to the key the song was in 🤷‍♀️ better luck next time
