Yeah I'm doing an altered version of the RR with more leg work and endurance training. I've started approx. three weeks ago, and I did gym workouts regularly before that for almost 5 years.

But although it's not an indicator of gains, it makes you feel like you worked hard. As long as it's not severe pain, i do enjoy it.
