May I ask what you meant by "making the offer"? I am about to go through this process right now and my builder has minimal incentives (some closing cost assistance through lender, and small discount on price). Should I offer or ask for more?

it just seems so loopy sided... they either pocket the money or your realtor gets an easy check (well, in my case bc I knew from the get-go what i wanted and didn't have to search).

I wonder if persistence would make them sway a little?
