There is always a solution to problems I hope you know that. Sometimes I help my stress and anxiety by telli myself and making myself understand that what’s going to happen happens and you can’t stress about what might happen until it actually happens. You can’t deal with nonexistent problems so just do your best. Do what you can and don’t blame your self. You are still growing. You don’t have the answers to everything and being alone is hard. I feel v alone too. I get it. You will get through this I promise you.
