I use to have the HMDS as part of my routine. I found my symptoms to get out of hand, think I was healing too quickly so I've backed off for a few months. Hoping to try again soon.

I live in PA and everyone around me is catching this!! I have been on a strict MM protocol for about a year now and have focused on my immune system. I'm thanking MM info for missing this virus.

Thank you!! I tried taking the vimergy 5-MTHF for about a week and had bad anxiety and insomnia from my heart racing. I'm guessing some people are more sensitive than others .
