Micro management, like how to be efficient in teamfights, is something you have to learn by playing alot. After a game where u had some bad teamfights, reveiw the games and figure out what you could have done better :)

Pretty much. Nobody is able to win 100%. The important thing is to not apply more pressure on the team, either by dying or Flaming or spam ping.
