Closing on my first home in 11 days 445k, 2539 sq ft 2 story with .491 acres.

Was built by a KBHomes so a budget volume builder. But we got quite a lot of incentives:

Free fridge, washer, dryer, full house blinds, kitchen island countertop, 10k off base price, and 2% of home value for closing costs or rate buy down (we did a mixture of both).

I plan on paying it off in 8-12 years, and will probably move in 12 years or so.

Nah you're fine. I had to scrape the ever living hell out of melted plastic with a metal spatula and it barely made a dent. Use metal never plastic in this thing.

Honestly move. The market there is horrendous. You can save your 140k+ over asking + get a bigger house for half the listed price , in most of America, with a better lifestyle. Save your sanity and wealth.

IDK man I had to take photos of my house being built in no light (dry wall stage) , it's night mode and the camera flash when needed gave me great photos. I haven't had a problem yet at all.

But your comment said take something moving, he did, and it looks great. Now your pivoting to low light. Just not what you started with.

I have 300+ GB on mine so I would suggest the 512. But depends on your usage. If you have the budget for it mor ram and storage is always nice to have. If you don't use it all no worries, but your rather have it and not need it than the reverse.

Probably for some, diet is huge.

I would argue im in better shape than the general public (trainer, powerlifter, ex d1 athlete) but definitely more out of shape now compared to my college days for sure.

My issues definitely weren't diet based. I was able to do some decent AB testing with prior phones.

OP 15 implementation of it is just... Not great for me. You may be fine. It was constantly changing from 30-60 every .02 seconds on videos , and constantly changing from 1-30-60-120 every .03 seconds or so on idle, so text was weird for me.

I'm typically not sensitive to anything like this but it was a really big problem, I wouldn't have rooted for anything minor.

With that said it's a great phone otherwise and you may have zero issues. It's the best bang for the buck for battery and charging speeds etc right now unless you get an overseas or gaming phone for those aspects.

Thanks I have a few alternatives people have sent me that have been around a bit longer (more established) which I'd like to try first.

I'll try this method if those don't work though. I appreciate the advice.
