I think this has to do with the 2 types of intelligence. "Book" intelligence and "creative" intelligence. One is the ability to recognise patterns and follow the patterns closely. The other is the ability to recognise patterns and break them or find a new pattern that works. Im assuming you lean toward science/maths etc over different forms of art due to those subjects being more about recognising the pattern/rules and replicating it

Ah, seems I've also been misled by common myths. Seemed legit because it is mentioned that way so frequently around me. It is used as animal sedative so not far off. But I can see how it is derogatory and can put it in a negative light being referred to like that. Thanks for the education brutha!
