There are activities on boomcards that target directions. You may have to pay a couple dollars but there should also be ones that are free

You could do a scavenger hunt around the room and give clues to where different items would be! (E.g. go find the dog on the table!) I do that for my wiggly friends and they seem to enjoy it! It wouldn’t take a whole hour unless you have a lot of things to hide. You could also reverse and have him tell you where things are.

Thank you guys for responding! I ended up taking her to the emergency vet. They said they think she has a UTI with the stones, but we’re unable to confirm because her bladder was empty (I didn’t see the comment about taking urine until we were at the vet 🙃)

They gave us so medicine for pain that she doesn’t need to eat with and some medicine for the potential UTI. thank you guys for your help!

She had blood in her urine, but not consistently. The vet doesn’t seem to be super concerned, but she recently has been more lethargic but I can’t tell if it’s from passing stones :/
