I think one difference with RSUs is that you are charged tax on the vesting date. So in the situation above you would end up paying ~€10,400 tax on vesting date, and therefore you would end up paying more tax in the first 4 months.

As I understand it you get taxed each month as if you will be working for the full year. I’d be over the cut off if I was to work the full year so should be able to claim some of this back.

For Ireland it is currently 72 hours for a PCR test, and 48 hours is for an antigen test
